# Report defects and get support

> Raise defects and support requests from CDR testing as tickets in the Fiskil Console.

Raise every defect or support request you find during testing as a **ticket in the Fiskil Console**.

***

## Raise a ticket

**1. Open the Fiskil Console**

Sign in to the [Fiskil Console](https://console.fiskil.com) and start a new support ticket.

**2. Describe the issue**

Describe what happened and what you expected, then add the details listed below.

**3. Submit the ticket**

> [!TIP]
>
> The Fiskil team responds to your ticket.

***

* **Response received** and the response you expected
* **`x-fapi-interaction-id`** from the response, if available
* **Date and time** of the request, with time zone
* **Screenshots** of the consent screens or the Mock Data Recipient

> [!WARNING]
>
> Don't include real customer data, passwords, or one-time passwords in a ticket.
